In daily life, the heartbeat test focuses on the number of heartbeats per minute, but Heart Rate Variability (HRV) focuses on the rhythmicity between one heartbeat and another, whether it is more than 100 beats per minute during strenuous exercise or around 30 beats during sleep, the more rhythmical it is, the healthier it is.
The bioelectric oscillation of the brain is a rhythmic neuroelectric activity, which can be roughly divided into five bands, namely δ, θ, α, β, and γ. Modern people are under the bombardment of sound and color surrounded by algorithms for a long time, and are prone to the stressful “diode thinking” state of β brain waves, with high physiological stress and depression and bipolar disorder; while yoga meditators are mostly in the α or θ band of brain waves. Research shows that harmonious brain waves can radiate and influence others, showing a positive superimposed effect; therefore, we hope to make use of existing technology to encourage people to maintain a harmonious state of mind, body and spirit with alpha or theta brain waves.
